OnSmart is based in New York, US, and only offers Linux and Windows shared web hosting. Their Linux hosting plans offer Cpanel for a control panel, and their Windows plans use the Plesk control panel. They provide Email Ticket System and Live Chat Support.

Linux plan is US$7.50/m and Window plan is US$9.50/m if you sign up for their annual plan.
